It is very easy to get to Brekkeseter. All comunication north/south bound in Norway will take you to the city of Otta. From here it is just a 1/2 hour drive up the mountain road to the mountain village of Høvringen. Brekkeseter is placed on the highets point of Høvringen with beautiful views and the Nationalpark as the nearest naighbour.

By bus/coach
It is easy to come to Brekkeseter by bus/coach. From Oslo or Oslo Airport just take the Routes:

«Route 147 Nordfjordekspressen» between Oslo and Måløy

«Route 148 Gudbrandsdalekspressen» between Oslo and Skjåk
-
«Route 149 Nordmøreekspressen» between Oslo and Kristianssund (only night-time)

Local bus from Otta to Brekkeseter
The local bus from Otta to Brekkeseter takes you up the steep road from the valey to Høvringen. The tour is app. ½ hour. Leave the bus at Høvringen Fjellstue – from here it is only a minute walk to Brekkeseter. Arrange with us for pick up of luggage.

By train
It is very easy to get to Brekkeseter by train. If you arrive at Oslo S og Oslo Airport Gardemoen just take the train to Otta. From here we can arrange pick up or take the local bus «Fjord 1» from Otta to Brekkeseter. See information futher down.
By car
Otta is placed on the north/south bound highway - E6.
18 km north of Otta leave the E6 and take the steep but good and secure road to Høvringen. You will find Brekkeseter in the rear end of the loop-road just next to National Park. Scenary road.
